Naiku - Wearing her Crown

Princess Naiku Saru, wearing her crown. The b/g was done with the use of the Distort-->Twirl tool (a couple of times in each direction) and the Pixelate-->Crystallize tool a few times in between, then the Noise--> Add Noise and... ehm... Something-->Mosaic Tile tools. The mouth was the most evil part of this image to do, as there were additional bits of grey outline around it originally. The image itself is old but the editing was done over the past few weeks (I'm lazy, and only have access to Photoshop in one of my classes at school)
